A member of Portrait Society of America, Saper has exhibited at the US Senate Rotunda, The Salmagundi Club and The National Arts Club in New York City, the Tempe Arts Center and the American Legacy Gallery in Kansas City.

Chris Saper has studied with noted portraitists including Daniel Greene, Bettina Steinke, Burton Silverman, William Whitaker, Harley Brown, Phil Beck, and Dan Gerhartz. She holds a Bachelorís Degree in Fine Arts and a Masterís Degree in Health Care Administration. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband and children.
In addition to Chrisís portrait commission schedule, she is an active public speaker/ painting demonstrator. She joined the Faculty of the Portrait Society of America in 2005 and teaches portraiture at the Scottsdale Artistís School, Brio fine Arts Center (Scottsdale), Arizona At Supply and the Mountain Artistsí Guild in Prescott, AZ.
